Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner leading full-cycle recruiting for Republic Services, an environmental services company. Sourcing candidates, managing hiring-manager relationships, and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with identifying viable candidates, interviewing, and selection
  • Source active and passive candidates through traditional and non-traditional resources, including social media, job boards, cold-calling, networking, internet mining, trade journals, professional networking sites, job fairs, and campus recruiting
  • Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience through responsive communication and candidate advocacy
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback on the recruiting process and candidate job fit
  • Deliver and negotiate employment offers
  • Maintain tracking systems for requisition and applicant activity
  • Assist other Talent Acquisition Partners with university presentations, recruitment events, job fairs, and community meetings
  • Establish and develop networks through industry contacts, university relations, associations, trade groups, and military affiliations
  • Comply with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sourcing, recruiting, and selection
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including leading full-cycle recruiting strategies in a high-volume complex organization with accountability for hiring outcomes and candidate experience
  • High energy, passionate individual who loves people and loves recruiting
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting/collaborative environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments and display strong organizational skills
  • Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
