Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner managing full-cycle recruitment for Assurant. Collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing through selection and offer delivery
- Partner with hiring managers through structured intake and ongoing consultation
- Manage recruiting funnels and pipelines to deliver timely, qualified candidate slates
- Guide hiring managers and interview teams on selection best practices
- Negotiate offers within established guidelines and coordinate required approvals
- Deliver a consistent, transparent, and human‑centered candidate experience
- Maintain accurate, compliant data and strong requisition hygiene in recruiting systems
- Support team‑wide hiring needs through sourcing and pipeline assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting entry‑level, mid‑level, or high‑volume roles
- Strong consultative and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience advising on offer strategy and negotiating within guidelines
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and a compliance‑focused mindset
