Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner attracting and hiring sales talent for Thryv, a small-business technology and automation company. Building recruiting pipelines and partnering with hiring managers nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Build the high-performing sales team by attracting, assessing, and hiring top sales talent
- Partner strategically with hiring managers on sales job requirements and search efforts
- Maintain regular communication throughout the recruiting process
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
- Review and assess applicants’ education, experience, training, and other qualifications
- Ensure reference and background checks are thorough and comply with internal policy
- Document and communicate recruiting-process progression
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates through proactive sourcing and research
- Develop, support, and/or maintain college recruiting, affirmative action, and/or career development programs as needed
- Support immigration processes as a liaison with immigration attorneys as required
- Stay current on industry, product, and geographical trends in talent
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience OR client facing job responsibilities at Thryv, required
- 5+ years of related experience OR client facing job responsibilities at Thryv, preferred
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting processes
- Written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to support hiring managers through the full recruiting cycle
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed
