Job Description

Talent Acquisition Scheduler coordinating interviews, calendars, and candidate communications for Avalere Health, a global healthcare consultancy. Supporting Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, locations, and time zones
  • Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, meeting links, room bookings, and travel arrangements where required
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to ensure efficient interview scheduling and resolve calendar conflicts
  • Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Monitor interview activity and proactively identify and address scheduling challenges
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely, professional, and inclusive communication
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and scheduling metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with interview teams across multiple time zones and business functions to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, scheduling, HR administration, or a similar support role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience coordinating complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and candidate-centric approach
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate scheduling challenges
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
