Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for recruiting for ABA therapy teams at The Treetop. Collaborating with operations to hire exceptional clinicians and behavior technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the scheduling team to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
- Create, manage, open, and close job postings across hiring platforms
- Review applications and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
- Schedule and book interviews with new applicants
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for roles
- Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support recruiting processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
- Participate in community outreach efforts by supporting local hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed (required) (Psychology/Social Work degree preferred but not required)
- Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or the field of ABA
- Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a remote team
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and connecting with people
