Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist managing end-to-end recruitment processes for US companies hiring in Latin America. Seeking candidates with agency recruiting experience and strong technical sourcing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to the offer stage.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build effective pipelines.
- Ensure SLAs are met for speed and quality of hires.
- Use Workable to track candidates and streamline recruitment.
- Set up and manage ATS automations to improve efficiency.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to align hiring strategies.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and organization, optimizing overall operations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in tech or high-volume hiring.
- Previous experience recruiting for US or English-speaking companies.
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – must be comfortable communicating with US clients.
- Strong track record of hitting SLAs and delivering quality hires.
- Experience sourcing technical talent (developers, engineers, designers, etc.).
- Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS and experience setting up automations.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a start up or small team is preferred.
- Experience managing a team is a plus.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $1,800 - $2,200 USD/month OTE
