Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting manufacturing employees for Avery Dennison, a global materials science and digital identification company. Managing high-volume hiring, sourcing, stakeholder reviews, and recruitment projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for hourly positions, including sourcing, phone screening, candidate selection guidance, and offer/pre-employment process management
  • Fill open positions using the applicant tracking system (ATS), Google products, TA technology, and internet sourcing tools
  • Forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies with the North American Human Resources team
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with client groups
  • Lead weekly/bi-weekly staffing update meetings
  • Benchmark and enhance recruiting processes to improve candidate experience
  • Lead or participate in projects and training sessions that improve standard work
  • Analyze hiring trends using data-driven insights
  • Drive action and provide ongoing progress updates
  • Maintain positive candidate and hiring team experiences through timely feedback and consistent communication
  • Establish proactive recruitment strategies to build a future-talent pipeline
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with the role

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years High Volume Recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required
  • High-volume recruitment and/or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to track, report, and present progress to business leaders and internal customers
  • Experience using an ATS required
  • Knowledge of OFCCP & EEO guidelines
  • Experience advising clients on compliance requirements
  • Ability to independently make decisions, adapt to shifting priorities, and recognize when to seek assistance
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Final candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and drug screening post-offer as a condition of employment
