Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting technical talent for Fluent Trade’s global teams. Managing end-to-end hiring across the EU, Ukraine, and Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of technical roles across the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage candidates
- Strengthen relationships with potential candidates and actively promote Fluent Trade’s employer brand
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the Hi-Tech sector
- At least 1 year of experience in a product company
- Proven track record of sourcing candidates across the EU, Ukraine, and APAC regions
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
