Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist at Propelus driving recruitment for healthcare compliance technology. Focused on candidate experience and building a high-performing recruiting framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from initial sourcing strategy to scheduling and communication to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for "hard-to-fill" technical and non-technical roles to build a robust, evergreen talent bench.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers. Help define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design interview rubrics that standardize hiring and reduce bias.
  • Serve as a Propelus values champion and brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a high-touch, professional, and transparent experience.
  • Own our hiring tech stack (Ashby). Ensure data integrity, report on pipeline health (e.g., time-to-fill, source quality), and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Support and facilitate a world-class onboarding journey that transitions new hires from "signed offer" to "integrated team member."
  • Identify bottlenecks in hiring and HR workflows and implement scalable solutions to make our team 10% more efficient.
  • May support broader People Ops initiatives aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-performing recruiting environments (corporate in-house or agency experience welcome).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Experience sourcing passive talent for Healthcare SaaS or similar complex environments is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) and recruiting tools. Ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can "sell" the vision to candidates and provide candid, data-backed feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • You don’t just follow a process; you look for ways to make it 10% better every time.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive candidate and compensation data with high levels of confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Specialized Talent Acquisition or HR certifications are a plus.

Benefits:

  • Awarded one of BuiltIn's 2025 Best Places to Work and honored as a Silver Stevie® Award Winner in the 2025 Stevie Awards For Great Employers.
  • Professional development allowance to help you grow in the ways that mean the most to you.
  • Flexibility for balancing work with the rest of life and ample PTO, including paid time off for volunteering, your birthday, and becoming a new parent.
  • 401K with company matching, as well as financial planning education and resources.
  • Employees can choose from HSA, FSA, and traditional insurance options for medical, dental, and vision coverage for themselves and dependents.
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA): We support personal well-being by offering an annual lifestyle spending account that you can use for what matters most to you—whether it’s a gym membership, a meditation app, WFH equipment, or fresh produce delivered to your door.
  • Your health is our top priority! We cover 100% of your health insurance premiums. Our plans include national and international coverage, so you're protected no matter where you are.
  • Propelus Flex Club: Our flexible benefits platform gives you monthly points to redeem on what you need most. Plus, you'll get access to exclusive discounts just for being part of our team.
  • We've got you covered with a life insurance policy, paid 100% by the company. You can also add your beneficiaries at an exclusive, discounted rate.
