Job Description
Talent Attraction Specialist supporting high-volume recruitment for the American Cancer Society. Collaborating with Sr. Recruiter to execute hiring and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all pre-screens and high-volume interviews to make on-the-spot hiring decisions.
- Provide candidate feedback in offer decision.
- Regularly collect feedback on hiring process and recent cohorts.
- Create job postings, and screen applications to meet SLA’s.
- Provide a consistent outstanding candidate experience through all interactions.
- Collaborate with Sr. Recruiter and Recruiting Manager to identify upcoming hiring needs.
- Provide accurate data for reporting updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Talent Attraction or similar role supporting high-volume recruitment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and utilizing technology in recruitment (Workday experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in documenting processes, keeping accurate and timely records.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
