Job Description

Learning operations specialist at L3Harris, an aerospace and defense technology company. Administering learning systems, audits, reporting, compliance, and enterprise talent-development programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and continuously improve learning operations, including training governance, audit support, learning system administration, and related operational priorities
  • Administer and optimize learning management system activities, including course deployment, completion tracking, transcript management, certification monitoring, issue resolution, and system support
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, business leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver learning programs
  • Analyze learning operations processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiency, consistency, compliance, and service-quality solutions
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of learning data and records across systems
  • Produce, analyze, and communicate recurring and ad hoc reports and metrics on learning participation, compliance, effectiveness, and operational performance
  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, validating training records, interpreting requirements, and helping ensure organizational readiness
  • Recommend and support learning technology enhancements through testing, validation, implementation, and process refinement
  • Establish and maintain procedures, job aids, and documentation for standardized learning operations
  • Resolve learner and stakeholder issues while balancing service, compliance, and business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
  • Learning Management System administration experience; SuccessFactors Learning preferred
  • Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience creating online learning content; familiarity with Articulate, Synthesia, or similar authoring tools preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with reporting tools and interpret training data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
