Job Description

Task Force Manager overseeing Xclusive Services’ national janitorial and outsourced hospitality accounts. Driving client satisfaction, staffing, safety compliance, financial performance, and account growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical operational support to national janitorial and turnkey teams
  • Ensure high-performance adherence to scope of work and contractual obligations
  • Maintain client satisfaction through leadership, training, and development of hourly staff and supervisors
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial targets and administrative duties
  • Ensure safety compliance and mitigate injury risks
  • Collaborate with the service division and corporate team on hiring and recruitment
  • Develop business operational plans based on client structure and scope of work
  • Sustain positive client relationships across outsourcing accounts
  • Support opening new accounts from pre-opening through live operations
  • Oversee account operations structure, cleanliness methodology, and service delivery
  • Monitor financial performance and make strategic adjustments
  • Ensure appropriate account staffing and policy compliance
  • Monitor on-site staff and supervisors for safety compliance
  • Conduct mandatory monthly safety training
  • Conduct quarterly unannounced quality audits and address failures through review, retraining, or corrective action
  • Resolve client and employee concerns, escalating unresolved challenges to the RD of Outsourcing Services
  • Perform frequent site inspections
  • Develop cleaning schedules, submit payroll timely, and monitor productivity
  • Maintain chemical, cleaning tool, supply, and equipment inventories
  • Ensure equipment is safely used and maintained
  • Train on-site points of contact for account concerns and emergency response
  • Coordinate supervision and meet account financial budgets
  • Support sales growth, special projects, bids, proposals, and walkthroughs
  • Coordinate staffing and hiring with service teams
  • Report employee performance issues, policy violations, incidents, and accidents
  • Prepare and deliver onboarding training
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports
  • Develop direct reports through mentoring, motivation, and training
  • Apply risk management and complex problem-solving techniques
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Associate degree; business administration, economics, or finance a strong plus
  • High School diploma required
  • 5+ years of business-related management for national programs and large accounts, preferably in a service hospitality industry, outsourcing, or janitorial vendor
  • Proven and profitable track record in management and/or sales management or customer service management in a related field or industry
  • Previous experience servicing, supporting, developing or generating major accounts
  • Ability to guide, direct and motivate others
  • Demonstrated sound business judgement
  • Must work weekends and holidays
  • Must successfully complete initial boot camp training
  • Able to travel 80% or more
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (365-PC)
  • Experience in Adobe Suite, DocuSign, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
  • Adaptable to learn new software platforms and systems
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent listening, written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently
  • Ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
  • Capability to reach overhead and extend arms
  • Ability to bend, squat, and kneel
  • Ability to operate tools, equipment, or machinery requiring fine motor skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and wind
  • Must comply with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations and standards
