Job Description
Tech Lead within a multicultural agile team at AUTO1 Group in Remarketing Department. Architecting and delivering innovative software solutions, mentoring developers, and driving business value.
Responsibilities:
- Critical leadership role within a fast-paced, multicultural, and agile team
- Architecting and delivering state-of-the-art software solutions
- Responsible for development, quality assurance, shipping, monitoring and maintenance of applications
- Own a subset of applications and services as a team lead
- Hire world-class talent, mentor team members
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in leading a group of developers
- 5+ years of professional experience in java programming
- Good understanding of the JVM
- Fluid in modern Java
- At least 2 years experience with spring-based technologies
- Hands-on experience with spring boot
- Experience in software design principles and patterns
