Job Description
Team Leader coaching Central Relationship Managers at Fidelity Investments. Driving wealth-management client engagement, appointments, associate development, and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Central Relationship Managers
- Engage current and potential wealth management clients through phone, email, and text
- Deepen client relationships and set appointments for Wealth Management Team partners
- Foster a culture of trust and empower associates
- Support associate development and career advancement
- Serve as the C-RM leader liaison within geographically aligned Wealth markets
- Partner with Wealth Management Team function leaders to establish best practices and consistent client-care standards
- Coach and develop associates to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Enable client engagement with Wealth Management Teams
- Build personalized development plans with associates
- Support hiring and onboarding of new C-RMs
- Contribute to a collaborative, competitive, and inspiring team culture
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years related experience with understanding of client service, operations, and business processes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Series 63, 7, 9, and 10 licenses required prior to hire
- Ability to drive business results and solve complex problems
- Cross-functional business acumen and ability to integrate multiple goals and priorities
- Data-driven leadership and ability to drive improvement
- Demonstrated strength in managing change
- Mentoring and leadership skills
- Coaching skills
- Knowledge of financial products, guidance, and solutions
- Experience with regulatory and compliance practices and rules
