Job Description
Tech Lead hands-on liderando arquitetura, desenvolvimento e delivery de iniciativas estratégicas na Verity. Construindo soluções digitais seguras, escaláveis e alinhadas ao negócio.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical leader with strong ownership of execution
- Actively participate in development, architectural decision-making, and the delivery of strategic initiatives
- Build hands-on solutions and resolve critical issues
- Mentor and guide teams and developers
- Support technical assessments and pre-sales activities
- Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Define pragmatic architectural direction
- Design solutions with quality, security, performance, and scalability in mind
- Identify risks, impacts, integrations, and dependencies
- Support estimation and delivery planning
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, QA, and SRE teams
- Participate in client meetings and support technical decisions
- Follow deliveries through deployment and operations
Requirements:
- Solid experience in software development
- Experience as a Tech Lead or technical authority
- Hands-on profile with the ability to work directly on code
- Knowledge of application architecture, integrations, and APIs
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Experience working across different contexts and technology stacks
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies and engineering best practices
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and software quality
- Ability to assess risk, complexity, and technical feasibility
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills for interacting with teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact
- Analytical, collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
- Preferred: Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments
- Preferred: Knowledge of multiple Cloud providers and environments
- Preferred: Experience with complex integrations, messaging, and asynchronous processing
- Preferred: Knowledge of DevSecOps, SRE, and observability practices
- Preferred: Experience with financial, tax, or accounting systems
- Preferred: Experience using AI in software development
