Job Description

Technical Account Manager implementing Panorays’ third-party cybersecurity platform for enterprise customers. Driving API integrations, onboarding, adoption, and technical success across risk programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of Panorays enterprise accounts
  • Drive customer onboarding, deployment, long-term adoption strategies, and regular health reviews
  • Take handoff from Sales and own onboarding end to end
  • Run deployments as projects with plans, status reporting, working sessions, risk and issue logs, and formal close-out
  • Design and document how Panorays fits each customer’s third-party risk program
  • Advise customers on program maturity, operating models, controls, and integrations
  • Lead technical implementation of APIs and integrations with GRC, procurement, ticketing, SSO, and data platforms
  • Build customer success plans with Account Management and project-manage adoption
  • Run adoption cadence, training, and licence utilization efforts
  • Review customer configurations and recommend improvements and new capabilities
  • Resolve complex technical escalations and collaborate with R&D and Product Management on fixes and workarounds
  • Build relationships with CISOs, risk leaders, architects, and engineers
  • Identify technical expansion signals and renewal risks
  • Create best-practice guides, architecture patterns, and enablement content
  • Maintain Planhat and contribute to playbooks, runbooks, and the knowledge base

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles for B2B SaaS, preferably cybersecurity or risk management
  • At least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions or Customer Success Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Sales Engineer
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or relevant professional experience
  • Track record of taking complex enterprise customers from signed contract to production, including multi-system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs using cURL, Postman, or similar, including API keys, OAuth 2.0/bearer tokens, JSON payloads, and webhooks
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms with GRC, procurement, ticketing, SSO, and data platforms
  • Experience running enterprise deployments as projects
  • Experience building executive-level relationships with CISOs and risk leaders
  • Experience using health and usage data to influence adoption and retention
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to run several customer projects at once and build processes, templates, and playbooks
  • Willingness to work U.S./EMEA business hours
  • Willingness to travel 50%
  • Preferred: experience in TPRM, GRC, or vendor risk assessment
  • Preferred: knowledge of web security, networking, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, and NIS2
  • Preferred: mentoring or leadership experience
  • Preferred: Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
  • Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Preferred: CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, or cloud certifications
