Job Description
Technical Eligibility Analyst supporting Luminare Health’s remote healthcare eligibility operations. Resolving eligibility issues through data entry, proprietary systems, and client collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical eligibility matters for Luminare Health's healthcare operations
- Work with employees/members, providers, clients, and co-workers to resolve eligibility issues
- Perform accurate data entry and use proprietary systems and MS Excel/Word
- Carry out oral, written, or diagrammed instructions
- Identify and resolve problems in varying situations
- Adapt to process improvements and new system platforms
- Work effectively with minimal supervision in a customer service and production-driven environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years Eligibility experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production driven environment
- Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients and differing levels of co-workers including Client Management staff all levels of staff
- Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram form
- Flexible; open to continued process improvement
- Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
- Good leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively deal with problems in varying situations and reach resolution
- Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various system platforms, and effectively use MS Excel/Word
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Previous leadership experience (preferred)
