Job Description
Document Control Analyst organizing and disseminating IT knowledge at Global Tech Holding. Managing documentation and offering training while ensuring process standardization.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for systems, processes, and integrations (manuals, workflows, procedures, and user guides).
- Structure and manage technical knowledge repositories (wiki, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
- Translate technical information into accessible content for different audiences (end users, business teams, and IT teams).
- Plan and deliver technical and functional training on systems, tools, and internal processes.
- Support process standardization and ensure adherence to the company's documentation standards.
- Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to identify knowledge gaps and propose solutions.
- Monitor usage and update metrics for the knowledge base.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the technology team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Draw.io, or similar).
- Experience with documentation and knowledge management tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
- Basic understanding of systems architecture and API integrations.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly in writing.
- Desirable: experience in video production (Runway or similar).
- Desired: familiarity with UX writing and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to translate technical language into business language.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
