Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Define the architecture and technical standards for AI and automation solutions
- Provide technical leadership to the team, supporting design decisions, implementation, and best practices
- Evaluate and select AI technologies, frameworks, and services
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems
- Ensure AI governance, performance, security, and ethical use
- Support technical planning, estimation, and demand prioritization
- Lead the AI digital transformation journey
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of reference for AI, automation, and technological innovation
- Conduct workshops, ideation sessions, and training programs
- Engage and support approximately 40 AI ambassadors
- Hold checkpoints with leadership, presenting progress, results, metrics, opportunities, and next steps
- Translate business needs into AI and automation initiatives, use cases, and projects
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, risks, and return on investment
- Lead the technical team through direction, prioritization, follow-up, and standards definition
- Create and monitor KPIs for the digital transformation journey
- Act as the link between leadership, the business, ambassadors, and technical teams
- Support the development of a culture of innovation, automation, and strategic AI adoption
Requirements:
- Technical leadership experience and systems thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with technical and business teams
- Data- and impact-driven decision-making
- Organization, autonomy, and proactivity
- Knowledge of AI, automation, technological innovation, and digital transformation
- Experience designing architectures and technical standards for AI and automation solutions
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems
- Knowledge of AI governance, performance, security, costs, and responsible/ethical use
- AI-900, AI-102, DP-900, and DP-100 certifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, Information Security, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field, or relevant certifications
