Job Description
Technical Partner Manager enabling credit union integrations for Silvur's retirement platform. Managing authentication, data exchange, security reviews, and partner onboarding without building product code.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the named technical contact across Silvur's credit union partner portfolio
- Attend partner meetings with technical agenda items
- Translate between credit union IT staff and Silvur's engineering team
- Support Success and Sales teams on technically oriented conversations
- Provision and maintain partner accounts and access, including SFTP users, directories, SSO configuration, API credentials, and sending domain records
- Own member file relationships, including file specifications, test exchanges, field mapping, and malformed or late file diagnosis
- Diagnose issues using monitoring and logs and escalate code-related causes to engineering
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO across Alkami, Banno, Candescent, and other digital banking platforms
- Own SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration and DNS delegation discussions for partner sending domains
- Complete security questionnaires and vendor assessments
- Explain SOC 2 controls, data handling, encryption posture, and access model
- Work with Legal & Compliance on formal representations
- Onboard new partners from contract to live members through security review, data exchange setup, SSO configuration, email authentication, and launch verification
- Create a security questionnaire response library
- Create a partner integration guide covering data flows, file specifications, SSO patterns, and email authentication requirements
- Create an architecture and data-handling deck
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a technical, partner- or customer-facing role, including solutions consulting, implementation, integration management, technical account management, or IT/systems administration with significant external exposure
- Working understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS record management
- Working understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC for configuring and troubleshooting integrations
- Hands-on comfort with secure transfer methods and permission settings
- Ability to explain technical architecture to non-specialists under scrutiny and hold a position without becoming adversarial
- Excellent written communication
- Judgment about the edge of one's own knowledge
- AI fluency as a working habit, including using Claude to automate and refine work
- Preferred: experience with credit unions, community banks, or other regulated, procurement-heavy buyers
- Preferred: familiarity with Alkami, Q2, Banno, Candescent, Narmi, or core systems
- Preferred: direct experience completing SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar vendor security assessments
- Preferred: comfort running provided SQL queries or reading dashboards
- Preferred: Medicare, insurance, or benefits domain knowledge
- Preferred: experience with PII or PHI handling requirements
