Job Description
Technical Sales Engineer configuring electronics systems and recommending products for Arrow Electronics customers in Bulgaria. Training sales partners and demonstrating solutions in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales representatives, business partners, and end users to create system configurations based on customer requirements
- Recommend products and run alternative configurations to provide better customer solutions
- Resolve design configuration issues and run revisions
- Train sales representatives and partner engineers on configuration tools
- Provide pre-sales product training
- Keep up to date with newly introduced products and maintain product certifications
- Prepare technical presentations and vendor trainings for partners on products and solutions
- Provide product demonstrations showing how products meet client needs
- Educate partners, inside sales, and other technicians on products and solutions
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, and training skills
- Good communication, time-management, and prioritizing skills
- Proven ability to meet quotas/metrics and consult customers in a client-facing capacity
- Ability to think creatively and provide service-oriented solution recommendations to meet customer demand
- Ability to work in Bulgaria
