Job Description
Talent Acquisition Apprentice sourcing and screening engineering candidates for HighLevel, an AI-powered business operating system. Coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, and supporting employer branding in India.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and identify candidates who match technical hiring requirements
- Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate fit, interest, and communication skills
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is accurate and up to date
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events
- Partner with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
Requirements:
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the technology industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Basic understanding of software engineering roles and common technology stacks is an advantage
- Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing is a plus but not mandatory
Benefits:
- Monthly stipend: 45000 INR
