Job Description
Technical Trainer responsible for planning and conducting technical training at Triathlon Group. Focusing on modern formats and supporting customers in battery technology.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and delivering technical product and system trainings (on-site, online, e-learning/self-learning)
- Developing, producing and continuously updating training content, training materials and training concepts
- Conducting technical trainings for internal staff as well as customers and partners
- Providing technical advice and support for the entire product portfolio
- Close coordination with development, production, sales, after-sales and service teams
- Supporting the creation of digital learning assets (graphics, videos, documentation)
Requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially for creating professional training materials
- Good knowledge of image editing, video production and content creation
- Experience with lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, battery controllers and charging technology
- Strong organizational skills, didactic understanding and a methodical working approach
- High process awareness and ability to convey knowledge in a structured way
- Team player with clear and confident communication skills
- Solution-oriented working style and ability to professionally moderate differing viewpoints
- High self-motivation, reliability and loyal conduct toward colleagues, supervisors and the company
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
