Job Description
Technology Innovation Partner co-developing innovative AI-driven software products at Tecell. Partnership opportunity for experienced software professionals interested in product innovation and technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and co-develop software and AI-powered products
- Design scalable application and system architectures
- Build MVPs and production-grade platforms
- Contribute technical leadership and product direction
- Participate in innovation strategy and technical decision-making
- Support products from ideation through launch and scaling
Requirements:
- Significant experience in software development and system architecture
- Experience building and launching technology products
- Strong product-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to independently lead technical initiatives
- Interest in long-term innovation and product ownership
- Strong proficiency in leveraging AI for software development and product innovation
- Experience with AI-assisted software engineering workflows
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Experience with LLM integrations and AI application architectures
- Familiarity with AI model training and fine-tuning concepts
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI automation workflows
- Experience building intelligent agents, copilots, or AI-driven platforms
- Experience with modern AI tooling and frameworks
- Full-stack software development experience
- Cloud-native application design
- API and microservices architecture
- SaaS platform development
- DevOps and scalable infrastructure
- AI/ML product development experience
- Startup or product-building experience
