Job Description

Territory Manager driving Western U.S. sales for Fujifilm broadcast lenses and cinema cameras. Expanding channels, supporting customers, and exceeding regional revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the VP of Sales.
  • Drive growth and revenue for Cinema and Broadcast products in the Western USA.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Sell and support broadcast lens products and cinema camera and lens products through established sales channels.
  • Collaborate with product development by providing customer feedback and insights.
  • Manage quotations and purchase orders and maintain forecasts of regional projects.
  • Track and maintain records of demo/loaner equipment.
  • Maintain customer database integrity and comply with pricing and discount policies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for management.
  • Train and support customers on product use and maintenance.
  • Support reseller channels and B2B end-users.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and fulfill commitments.
  • Support on-site product demonstrations as required.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Participate in learning opportunities to improve customer service and relationship-building.
  • Assist with trade shows, exhibits, and promotional events locally and internationally.
  • Facilitate marketing collateral creation and manage reporting for headquarters.
  • Adhere to FUJIFILM travel and compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the broadcast and cinema industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, features, and use cases of broadcast and cinema equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales management tools.
  • Availability to travel at least 25% to attend Customer locations, industry conferences and trade shows, in Canada and internationally upon request.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives.
  • High level of professionalism, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
