Job Description
Territory Sales Manager driving healthcare sales for Ayati Devices’ diabetic foot care and neuropathy devices. Building hospital relationships, conducting product education, and expanding territory accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory
- Promote and sell Ayati Devices’ portfolio, including diabetic foot care and neuropathy diagnostics devices
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, diabetologists, podiatrists, and hospital stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide product demonstrations and clinical education
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Develop new accounts and expand the existing customer base
- Increase product penetration in key accounts and institutions
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and trends
- Provide management with feedback on market dynamics
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and CMEs
- Educate customers on clinical benefits and device usage
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Area/Regional Manager
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Biomedical / Business preferred)
- 1–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare
- Experience in diabetic care or hospital sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good clinical understanding and ability to explain medical concepts
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Experience in handling hospital and institutional sales preferred
- Exposure to diabetic foot care / neuropathy segment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
