Job Description

Territory Sales Manager growing Club Car golf, commercial, and personal-use vehicle sales across North Georgia. Managing distributors, channel partners, marketing initiatives, forecasts, and regional business plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assigned territory business results and drive profitable growth through daily sales activities and marketing initiatives
  • Manage the Club Car distributor network within the assigned territory
  • Grow Club Car sales across the defined product portfolio
  • Develop and execute individual business plans to achieve market share, revenue, and margin targets
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Club Car’s regional presence
  • Create sales strategies and plans for assigned territories
  • Conduct sales activities to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Execute direct sales and key account/project sales
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives supporting market share and business performance
  • Maintain relationships with Golf, Commercial, and Consumer end users
  • Represent Club Car at industry events and deliver presentations
  • Maintain relationships with key industry associations
  • Manage, develop, and support channel partners; develop new channel partners as needed
  • Optimize channel coverage and strengthen branding in golf and non-golf vehicle segments
  • Train and support channel partners and improve their sales and service capabilities
  • Lead and support sales processes for critical projects
  • Communicate and execute policies and processes with channel partners
  • Deliver growth through new product sales, new vertical penetration, and other sales programs
  • Work with regional golf and non-golf associations to strengthen Club Car’s presence and branding
  • Collaborate with A/P, US leadership, and functional teams on market, product, competition, dealership, and operational issues
  • Work with Finance and CX teams to ensure timely payment collection
  • Provide project/sales pipelines, accurate sales forecasts, monthly regional progress reports, market intelligence, and other requested reports
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or business management
  • 2+ years of experience in channel and project sales or business development and marketing promotion
  • Proven solid track record
  • Preferred background in machinery and equipment, vehicles and components, golf and resort industries
  • Golfer preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Sales execution capability
  • Business presentation and market analysis skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license required
