Job Description
Territory Sales Representative growing Bad Birdie’s premium golf apparel accounts across Florida. Managing relationships, opening new business, and driving in-person sales presentations and reorders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned book of green grass accounts across the territory
- Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, owners, and club professionals
- Open new accounts and expand Bad Birdie’s footprint within the territory
- Conduct in-person, brand-driven line reviews and product presentations
- Identify sales opportunities through sell-through analysis and account performance
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently drive toward targets
- Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Operations to support accounts
- Handle territory-related administrative tasks including order entry and follow-up
- Uphold Bad Birdie’s brand standards and servicing expectations
- Represent Bad Birdie through on-course visits, line reviews, product presentations, and strategic account management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience within golf, apparel, sporting goods, or a related consumer industry
- 1+ years of experience in outside, field, or territory sales
- Strong understanding of the golf industry and green grass channel
- Existing relationships with golf courses, private clubs, pro shops, buyers, or golf professionals within the territory
- Experience selling apparel, soft goods, or related products into golf accounts strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships
- Proven ability to open new accounts and develop new business
- Comfortable operating independently while staying aligned with a broader sales team
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory
- Previous independent sales representative experience is a plus
