Job Description
Microsoft tooling manager leading Power Platform, Azure, and DevOps services for Veterans Health Administration operations. Improving IT governance, data management, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, deployment, and management of SIM tooling services aligned with VHA's strategic goals and business needs.
- Oversee integration and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem tools, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
- Develop and implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps for automation, infrastructure management, and CI/CD.
- Utilize SQL database management to ensure robust data handling and integrity within VHA IT systems.
- Collaborate with VHA leadership and project teams to align tooling solutions with strategic objectives.
- Provide regular reports to executive leadership on project outcomes, risk assessments, and future opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and contribute to budgeting, Multi-Year Planning (MYP), and VHA/VA requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem tools, including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, .NET and Dynamics 365.
