Job Description
Total Reward Advisor supporting Costain, a UK smart infrastructure solutions company. Managing reward analytics, salary reviews, job architecture, benchmarking, and employee reward programs.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point for Total Reward queries that cannot be resolved within the People Services Team
- Support the annual salary review process, including system configuration, data validation and reporting
- Administer the Senior Management Bonus Scheme, including issuing bonus invitation letters, maintaining bonus participation records and monthly reporting to Finance
- Conduct job evaluation using Willis Towers Watson methodology and maintain the job architecture
- Complete salary survey submissions and provide benchmarking data using Willis Towers Watson and other surveys
- Support legislative disclosures such as gender pay gap and equal pay reporting
- Participate in Total Reward sessions for employees to increase engagement
- Participate in Total Reward projects supporting continuous improvement of the people agenda
Requirements:
- Experience in a HR or Reward role
- Strong knowledge and confidence in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, high data accuracy and attention to detail
- Critical thinker with a keen focus on continuous improvement and ability to solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels with confidence and quickly build networks
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines
- Experience of using HR Systems
