Job Description
Ausbilder:in für Fachinformatiker:innen Systemintegration bei WBS TRAINING, Anbieter beruflicher Weiterbildung. Durchführung von Online-Unterricht und Kompetenzentwicklung aus dem Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct assessments to measure competency development
- Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market
Requirements:
- Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
- Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
- Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Linux is an advantage
- Interest in integrating AI and ChatGPT into teaching
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
- Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. an instructor qualification in accordance with AEVO
- Strong methodological and didactic skills for conveying course content
- Independent, structured approach to work and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team
- Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction: German at C2 level
