Job Description
UX Web Developer and Designer creating interactive restaurant websites for a remote delivery-only restaurant group. Collaborating across teams to optimize and maintain high-conversion digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and launch **two interactive restaurant websites per month** using Wix Studio
- Maintain and optimise **10+ live websites**, ensuring top performance and responsiveness
- Create **high-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups** in Figma for new app features and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Troubleshoot front-end bugs and implement clean, scalable code in Wix Dev Mode (HTML/CSS)
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders
Requirements:
- **2+ years** experience building production-grade websites in **Wix Studio** (portfolio required)
- Mastery of **Figma** — including components, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping
- Strong working knowledge of **HTML/CSS** and responsive design principles
- Excellent written and verbal English; confident in presenting work to clients or leadership
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Stable home-office setup with reliable internet connection
- Availability to overlap with **US Eastern Time (EST)** hours
- **Nice-to-Haves**: Experience with **Photoshop, Lightroom, or Framer**; Background in **food-tech, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery**; Familiarity with **data-driven design** and A/B testing
