Job Description
Part-time field representative auditing repair facilities and inventorying dealership vehicles for CCC’s insurance technology platform. Flexible scheduling with 75% or more travel.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities according to OEM and manufacturer guidelines
- Complete monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships by assigned deadlines
- Travel to automobile dealerships and inventory used vehicle fleets
- Log VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage for each vehicle
- Conduct required visual inspections and accurately document vehicle and audit information
- Submit timely and accurate data supporting audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation
- Work independently while meeting quality standards and deadlines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Personal mobile and/or Wi-Fi Internet access required for submitting data
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit work
- Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems
- Sufficient daytime, weekday availability for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments
- Video interview required
