Job Description
Kundenberater im Vodafone-Team, zuständig für technischen Support und Vertrieb mit Homeoffice. Erforderlich sind Erfahrung im Call Center, Vertrieb und hohe Deutschkenntnisse.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound First Level Support von Bestandskunde
- technische Kundenbetreuung zum Thema TV-, Telefon- und Internetstörungen
- bedarfsgerechte Produktberatung und Vertragsoptimierungen
- Vertriebsansprache in jedem Call
Requirements:
- mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Call Center
- mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Vertrieb
- zuverlässig die Arbeitszeiten abbilden können
- keine Nebentätigkeit nachgehen
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Level)
- in Deutschland leben
