Job Description
Vice President, Senior Director leading Tidal Basin’s Response and Recovery Programs team. Overseeing project portfolio and enhancing growth in disaster recovery services.
Responsibilities:
- Support MER3 vertical leadership in providing high quality, timely, and profitable delivery of the Response and Recovery (R&R) project portfolio
- Develop, influence and implement an R&R market strategy
- Help grow the R&R response, recovery, logistics, housing, and consulting practice
- Travel as needed to support project, client, and team needs (estimated 30-50% of time)
- Provide leadership ideas internally and externally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Planning, Engineering/Architecture, Environmental, Finance or related degree.
- 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience delivering public and individual assistance projects and programs
- Deep experience in all facets of R&R related work including but not limited to post-disaster assessments
- Experience working to deploy solutions to support clients in project and program management
- Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members
