Job Description
Video Editor creating premium LinkedIn videos about A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design. Editing founder-led talking-head, screen-recorded, captioned, and motion-graphic content.
Responsibilities:
- Edit short LinkedIn videos, usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes
- Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social content
- Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics
- Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a polished look
- Enhance audio with basic sound design and leveling
- Make business and data-heavy topics feel clear and visually interesting
- Create strong openings that hook viewers in the first few seconds
- Repurpose longer recordings into short clips
- Maintain a clean, premium, data-driven brand style
- Communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond well to feedback
- Create sharp, premium LinkedIn videos about A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design, including talking-head footage, screen recordings, website examples, captions, charts, and simple motion graphics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio of social media videos
- Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy
- Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business content
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar
- Good written English
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Nice to have: Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or tech content
- Nice to have: Motion graphics or After Effects skills
- Nice to have: Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles
- Nice to have: Interest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing
