Job Description

Virtual Account Representative at Univar Solutions managing B2B sales for existing accounts in Food Manufacturing. Offering remote opportunity for states across the US with a focus on new business acquisition and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales territory of existing accounts within the Food Manufacturing space
  • Achieve assigned sales quota through new business acquisition and maintaining existing spend
  • Engage with customers through regular sales calls via phone/email/video conference
  • Manage a robust new product opportunity pipeline while regularly updating progress in Salesforce.com
  • Uncover competitive pricing intel, buying drivers, and customer pain points

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales experience in a B2B environment & HS Diploma/GED
  • Food or Nutra chemical ingredient experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-honed listening and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent digital literacy including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.com
