Job Description
Virtual Account Representative at Univar Solutions managing B2B sales for existing accounts in Food Manufacturing. Offering remote opportunity for states across the US with a focus on new business acquisition and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales territory of existing accounts within the Food Manufacturing space
- Achieve assigned sales quota through new business acquisition and maintaining existing spend
- Engage with customers through regular sales calls via phone/email/video conference
- Manage a robust new product opportunity pipeline while regularly updating progress in Salesforce.com
- Uncover competitive pricing intel, buying drivers, and customer pain points
Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales experience in a B2B environment & HS Diploma/GED
- Food or Nutra chemical ingredient experience is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-honed listening and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and excellent digital literacy including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.com
