Job Description
Vice President of Business Development directing growth initiatives and partnerships in healthcare staffing for dynamic organization. Seeking a relationship-driven professional with a strong track record in revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development strategy across BPO, staffing and healthcare markets
- Leverage existing professional network to generate immediate and sustained revenue opportunities
- Identify, pursue, and close new client partnerships in healthcare staffing, BPO, or related service lines
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine pricing strategies, service offerings, and positioning
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
- Lead contract negotiations through final execution
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Strong background in staffing agency environments (healthcare staffing strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth
- Established network (“rolodex”) of healthcare and/or staffing industry contacts
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
