Job Description
Vice President of Development Services at Ares Technology leading data center construction and development services. This role focuses on building and scaling a high-performance business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Own performance of the Development Services business unit
- Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and profitability
- Originate, pursue, and win data center fit‑out and interior construction work
- Oversee project execution from kickoff through closeout
- Own client relationships during project execution
- Build and lead high‑performing teams across preconstruction, project management, and field operations
Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience in data center construction, mission critical, or commercial fit‑out
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and business unit leadership
- Proven success winning and delivering complex construction or fit‑out projects
- Strong industry network across hyperscalers, developers, and contractors
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams
