Job Description
VP of Talent Acquisition scaling high-volume, AI-driven hiring across TaskUs’s Philippines and Southeast Asia delivery sites. Transforming recruitment operations, analytics, automation, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale high-volume recruitment across all Philippines and Southeast Asia delivery sites
- Own and drive the talent acquisition roadmap, including end-to-end virtualization, automation, and AI adoption in hiring workflows
- Provide strategic direction for process optimization, cost efficiency, and experience design transformation initiatives
- Advise operations and business leaders and align recruitment strategies with business priorities and workforce planning
- Translate business goals into scalable hiring plans responsive to market demands and client expansion
- Partner with Workforce Management, Operations, Finance, HR, and related departments for alignment and forecasting accuracy
- Champion AI, recruitment analytics, and automation for faster, higher-quality, and more inclusive hiring decisions
- Evaluate, select, and implement ATS platforms, dashboards, and virtual hiring tools
- Establish recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Design an engaging and inclusive digital candidate journey from first touch through onboarding
- Drive employer branding initiatives across diverse talent communities in India
- Build partnerships with talent ecosystems, universities, and online platforms
- Inspire, mentor, and structurally lead teams across locations
- Foster high-performance culture through accountability, coaching, and career development
- Drive DE&I hiring strategies and diverse talent pipelines across business lines
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition
- 8+ years leading high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the Philippines
- Experience building and scaling talent acquisition functions in BPO/Outsourcing, Shared Services, or high-growth technology/service industries
- Strong command of AI-powered sourcing, automation tools, and modern ATS platforms, including Workday and Talkpush
- Deep expertise in recruitment metrics, funnel optimization, budgeting, and strategic reporting
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with executive-level engagement
- Track record of leading through change, building capability, and executing large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of labor market dynamics in India, with a focus on regional recruitment strategies
- Preferred: Industry background in Healthcare, Telecom, Travel, BFIS, AV, or similar customer experience-led verticals
- Preferred: Exposure to hyper-growth, start-up, or scale-up environments
- Preferred: Experience with international hiring and/or global talent acquisition delivery models
- Preferred: Experience scaling recruitment efforts across SEA locations
