Job Description
Sales Support & Service Specialist providing support to Financial Consultants at Flagstar Bank. Responsible for client interaction and administrative tasks to facilitate account management and service inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Financial Consultants
- Schedule appointments for account reviews
- Interact directly with clients on service inquiries
- Process transactions related to client accounts
- Prepare financial reports to track team(s) progress to goal
- Identify, research, analyze, and resolve customer account issues
- Support Financial Consultant(s) with the work the book strategy
- Manage FC(s) calendar for appointments and meetings
Requirements:
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 1+ Years experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry position
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skill levels with Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Life, Health, and Accident license preferred within 6 months of hire
- Variable Annuity license preferred within 12 months of hire
- Series 7 license preferred within 12 months of hire
- Series 63 or Series 66 license preferred within 90 days of passing Series 7
