Job Description

Sales Support & Service Specialist providing support to Financial Consultants at Flagstar Bank. Responsible for client interaction and administrative tasks to facilitate account management and service inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Consultants
  • Schedule appointments for account reviews
  • Interact directly with clients on service inquiries
  • Process transactions related to client accounts
  • Prepare financial reports to track team(s) progress to goal
  • Identify, research, analyze, and resolve customer account issues
  • Support Financial Consultant(s) with the work the book strategy
  • Manage FC(s) calendar for appointments and meetings

Requirements:

  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
  • 1+ Years experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry position
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skill levels with Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Life, Health, and Accident license preferred within 6 months of hire
  • Variable Annuity license preferred within 12 months of hire
  • Series 7 license preferred within 12 months of hire
  • Series 63 or Series 66 license preferred within 90 days of passing Series 7
