Job Description
Web and Contact Center Representative managing community inbound calls and web inquiries for healthcare. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining consumer databases with accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to community-based inbound calls and web inquiries
- Provide information and services through Sentara's web and interactive call center platforms
- Deliver exceptional customer service by offering accurate, timely, and helpful information to consumers
- Produce and maintain tracking and monitoring reports
- Ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Manage consumer databases to support efficient operations
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience (required)
- Experience handling community-based inbound calls (preferred)
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
- Proficiency with data entry and maintaining accurate consumer databases
- Experience producing tracking, monitoring, and performance reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance and adherence to assigned work shift
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
