Job Description
Welding Automation Sales Specialist leading sales efforts and building customer relationships across the Mid-South. Expertise in robotic welding applications and solutions delivering measurable improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive automation sales growth and brand preference by collaborating with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Develop impactful presentations and product demos to showcase solution value.
- Provide expertise in robotic welding applications and automated welding systems.
- Support customers and integrators with system setup, parameter selection, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to end users, OEMs, and distribution partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in welding or a related industry
- Experience in robotics, controls, and advanced welding processes
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system
- Required: Ability to travel overnight at least 50 - 75%
