Job Description
Workday Engagement Manager at Kainos managing Workday solutions implementations. Leading diverse teams and ensuring successful project delivery in a people-first culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage successful implementation of Workday solutions for customers
- Accountable for the entire delivery lifecycle
- Lead project planning, resourcing, and customer satisfaction
- Act as key client interface and offer domain experience
- Identify requirements, document business processes, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- Experience in implementing Workday in a consulting environment
- Workday PM Certification
- Full lifecycle project management experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent customer focus and relationship management skills
- Commercial experience managing geographically distributed teams
- Understanding of risk management and ability to manage risks
