Job Description

Workday Engagement Manager at Kainos managing Workday solutions implementations. Leading diverse teams and ensuring successful project delivery in a people-first culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage successful implementation of Workday solutions for customers
  • Accountable for the entire delivery lifecycle
  • Lead project planning, resourcing, and customer satisfaction
  • Act as key client interface and offer domain experience
  • Identify requirements, document business processes, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Experience in implementing Workday in a consulting environment
  • Workday PM Certification
  • Full lifecycle project management experience
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Excellent customer focus and relationship management skills
  • Commercial experience managing geographically distributed teams
  • Understanding of risk management and ability to manage risks
