Job Description
Workday Financials Consultant implementing and configuring Workday solutions for Kainos’s global customers. Leading customer relationships, specialist capability delivery, mentoring, and team innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead consultant implementing and configuring Workday solutions for global customers
- Manage customer relationships and shape and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable
- Provide consulting and guidance while understanding customers' businesses
- Serve as an expert in the specialist capability and mentor and guide team members
- Provide thought leadership and drive innovation and specialist knowledge development within Kainos and the broader Workday community
- Develop and deliver products, offerings and services that differentiate Kainos in the marketplace
- Identify talent for rapid development within the capability
- Manage, mentor and develop teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- Deep understanding of Workday products, either Financials or Payroll, as well as a specialist capability
- Product Lead in the Workday ecosystem is ideal but not mandatory
- Excellent customer focus and ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, manage customer expectations, and resolve escalations
- Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and liaising with senior executives
- Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation and the importance of these targets
- Professional qualifications where applicable are nice to have
- Experience managing, mentoring and developing teams is nice to have
