Job Description
Workday security engineer delivering IAM controls and integrations for Huntington Bank. Designing Workday security, automating provisioning, and monitoring compliance across banking systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain user security groups, roles, domain security policies, and business process security controls across Workday HCM and Financial modules
- Drive automation and integration with the centralized identity and access management platform to streamline governance and provisioning
- Run security audits and monitor for segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts
- Ensure confidential employee and financial data aligns with regulatory frameworks
- Partner with HR, payroll, and the business to troubleshoot permission issues
- Implement secure workflow enhancements
- Gather requirements and demonstrate successful delivery
- Support IAM requirements and actionable items for Huntington’s security teams
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in Information Security within Workday HCM, focusing on IAM and organizational privileges and policies
- 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery
- Experience managing IAM within Workday
- Experience gathering requirements and defining actionable items for Huntington's security teams
- Professional exposure to SailPoint and other enterprise security tools
- Extensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), privileged accounts, and integration application program interface (API) capabilities
- Preferred certification: CISSP, CISM
- Ability to act with integrity, take pride in work, seek to excel, be curious and adaptable, and communicate effectively
