Job Description
Werkstudent im Business Development at ekipa GmbH helping clients with innovation projects. Researching leads and managing HubSpot to support sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- You research who our next customers could be — companies, economic development agencies, ministries, innovation centers — and identify the right contacts
- You maintain HubSpot so the team always knows the status of each deal. No guesswork, no chaos
- You help craft first-contact emails and LinkedIn messages that get read
- You adapt pitch decks and proposals to new target audiences and independently create PowerPoint presentations that make an impact
- You research prospective contacts, prepare briefings, and ensure no follow-up is lost
- You screen relevant funding opportunities for our public partner programs
Requirements:
- You think entrepreneurially, work independently, and are driven to push things forward — not just process them
- You communicate clearly, confidently and persuasively — in German and English, internally and externally
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and know how to structure content to have impact
- You are interested in topics such as venture clienting, innovation policy and startup ecosystems — and want to understand how innovation works in practice
- Initial experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn or research workflows is a plus — not required
