Job Description
Supports AI-driven logistics software development by testing and modeling operational processes. Collaborates with product and engineering teams in a remote-first culture.
Responsibilities:
- Testing logistics software solutions: You support the development of modern warehouse and fulfillment software by designing logistics workflows and testing the implemented processes in our Pyck Software.
- Implementation of operational processes: You model and test logistics workflows such as goods receipt, order picking, picking processes, shipping, and warehouse control within our framework.
- AI-driven development: You work with modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or comparable systems to build prototypes yourself.
- Direct collaboration with Product & Engineering: You work closely with developers, project managers, and operations and gain direct insight into real customer projects and product decisions.
- Rapid iteration & pragmatic working: We operate with short feedback loops and high velocity. Ideas are tried immediately and tested in production.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- Initial practical experience and knowledge of warehouse logistics processes.
- Interest in AI-supported software development and modern software solutions.
- Interest in logistics processes, warehouse management, or operational systems.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Motivation to quickly take on responsibility and contribute productively.
- Desire to solve real problems pragmatically rather than only working theoretically.
- Good German or English skills, spoken and written.
