Job Description

Youth Athlete Manager at HOKA managing NIL athletes and collaborating cross-functionally. Facilitating brand initiatives and maintaining NCAA relationships to enhance youth athlete engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and manage a global roster of Youth + NIL athletes
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, coaches, and event organizers in the NCAA and high school communities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, event, content, and social media teams to engage younger audiences
  • Drive the “Disrupt Track” brand initiative from a Youth/NIL perspective
  • Facilitate the transition of NIL athletes into professional contracts with HOKA
  • Execute regular gatherings, summits, camps, and engagement opportunities for NIL athletes
  • Manage internal communications with leadership regarding trends, partnerships, insights, and product feedback
  • Monitor youth run culture trends in key regions (USA, EMEA, Japan, China) to inform strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years in sports marketing, athlete management, or related experience
  • Deep understanding of NCAA and youth run culture globally
  • Strong relationships with NCAA coaches, administrators, and event organizers
  • Proven success in identifying future talent and building infrastructure for top sport performances
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinker
  • Thorough, flexible, and results-oriented across diverse markets, languages, and cultures
  • Team leader and player, able to work calmly and efficiently in fast-paced environments
