Although we are based in WA, the team have clients from all over Australia.

All team members come from diverse background, and have worked in the finance industry in some way upon the completion of University.

Our goal is to help our clients achieve the best possible loan solution, be it for a first home-buyer, an experienced property investor or for debt consolidation.

Our loyalty is never to the lender- our loyalty is always to the client.

We are our clients’ biggest advocates and will search high and low to acquire the best loan for our client.

We pride ourselves on thinking outside of the box for our clients, and aim to always be there to support clients through each and every step of the loan process and beyond.

Although house + home loans has a strong relationship with multiple different lenders/affiliates, we will always have our loyalty to our clients and make all decisions regarding clients finances independently.

Our appointments and consults are free of charge.

We receive a commission from the lender after the settlement of the loan.
